The 2009 Vegas Cup Labor Day Weekend is sanctioned by US Club Soccer and is open to all USSF affiliated organizations (USYS, AYSO, etc.). Supplemental Insurance has been purchased by Vegas Cup through US Club Soccer and Bollinger Insurance to cover all teams attending, whether they are US Club Soccer or not. This covers those Non-US Club Soccer teams wishing to attend but their associations won't cover insurance for them. There is no additional charge to teams for this covereage.

Teams travelling with US Club Soccer Player Cards do not need travel paperwork. US Club Soccer Teams only need US Club Soccer Player Cards, Medical Releases, copy of player birth certificates and US Club Soccer Roster. This is only for teams and players that are members of US Club Soccer and have player cards and roster with the following logo on it:

Teams travelling through their USYS state association cards still should get permission to travel from their state association. The state association should grant you permission to travel but they may inform you that their insurance does not cover your team. That is why the tournament has purchased the insurance mentioned above. If your state association is refusing to grant you permission to travel, even without the insurance please contact Vegas Cup immediately.
